Huriwaka was formed during tough economic times in Wellington - and then things got tougher. Rising prices, population decline, and a CBD in need of repair and revitalisation. Where is everyone?

This created an opportunity. Acquire good properties in great locations with sufficient margin to reinvest and reveal the personality of the building. Don’t fight it, embrace it. No bone, beige or ivory - but fun, character filled spaces at the best prices.
